Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Meowa.com has two secure payment Gateways:
  1. Paypal: The faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details, you can also pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal also accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  2. Stripe Secure Card Payment: Accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How long will delivery take?
Currently, orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. COVID-19 Update: Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any extended wait. Thanks for bearing with us!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Meowa uses the latest technology available to make your browsing and ordering experience safe. All transactions are encrypted between our server and the payment gateway with 2048 Bit SSL certificates.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and processed. An invoice will be attached via email and a further confirmation email is sent out when your order has been shipped by our shipping team.
Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
