Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Meowa.com has two secure payment Gateways:
- Paypal: The faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details, you can also pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal also accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Stripe Secure Card Payment: Accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How long will delivery take?
Currently, orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. COVID-19 Update: Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any extended wait. Thanks for bearing with us!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Meowa uses the latest technology available to make your browsing and ordering experience safe. All transactions are encrypted between our server and the payment gateway with 2048 Bit SSL certificates.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and processed. An invoice will be attached via email and a further confirmation email is sent out when your order has been shipped by our shipping team.
Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don’t store payment information for security purposes.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in: undamaged and able to be resold. Just pay shipping to return the old item, then email us with your order number and we will refund the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
